I nostri campi vengono fertilizzati in modo naturale, le verdure e la frutta seguono il ritmo della stagionalità come il carciofo, i cardi, le ciliegie selvatiche, le giuggiole.
Il pesce cresce allo stato naturale, senza aggiunta di mangime, solo con i ricicli dell'acqua; alleviamo il cefalo, il granchietto di barena, la bosega ecC..
Gli animali vivono in spazi pulíti e adeguati, nel rispetto della dignità e delle normative di legge; alleviamo il Germano reale e il gallo.
